The Dejavoo terminals described on this page share some universal traits. They use the Linux “open architecture” operating system and have expansive memory, which gives them a lot of range for multi-app integration. They are specifically designed to work with Dejavoo’s DeNovo business portal, which allows you to receive batch notifications in real time; upload, view and email digital receipts; automatically download software onto your terminal, and more from anywhere with internet. The Dejavoo terminals feature a “Favorites” menu with built-in loyalty program options, eliminating the need for your business to issue and track customer rewards cards, and other customizable selling tools. Helpful on-screen prompts make for easy navigation, and a “Call Me” button connects you to 24/7 support if you ever need to troubleshoot. These compact terminals are designed to be easy to use and ultra-secure, holding the following certifications: PCI PIN Transaction Security (PCI PTS), EMV Level 1 and 2, Visa PayWave, MasterCard PayPass, American Express, and JCB J/Speedy. Each terminal supports the use of Address Verification Service (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CVV or CVC).

With its small and sleek design that fits in with any countertop setting, the Dejavoo Z8 is a secure, high-speed credit card terminal appropriate for a variety of retail stores, salons, restaurants and other professional services. It comes in two versions: dual comm (IP or dial-up connectivity) and tri comm (IP, dial-up or WiFi) so you get no more or less than exactly what you need. Accept EMV chip, NFC, and swipe transactions quickly and safely. The built-in PIN pad features a shield to protect cardholder privacy. The Dejavoo Z9 is a portable terminal featuring multiple wireless connectivity options so that you can accept EMV chip, NFC, and swipe payments anywhere your business takes you. Ergonomic and lightweight, it features the same advanced security and high-speed processing as the other Dejavoo terminals, just in a more flexible package. The color touch screen is large, brightly contrasted for easy visibility, and perfect for capturing digital signatures. Great for pay-at-the-table restaurants and any mobile merchant, the Z9 offers the ultimate versatility. Add the optional charging base to make it a quad comm terminal; connectivity will never be an issue!

The large, bright touchscreen you love about the Z9, plus the countertop suitability of the Z8. The Dejavoo Z11 is a perfect combination of the two. It can capture digital signatures and is easy to handle, serving as a secure, fast payment device at your checkout. Accept EMV chip, NFC and swipe transactions, and while it’s in idle mode, you can program the large screen to scroll through graphics or display your logo. Tri-comm capabilities allow you to connect via dial-up, Ethernet or WiFi.

All three terminals have been tested to operate in extreme conditions. Operating temperatures are 32° F to 122° F, with up to 90% humidity (non-condensing). Storage temperatures are -4° F to 158° F, with up to 95% humidity (non-condensing).
